These Terms of Service govern your use of the Anoman AI platform operated by PT Anoman Artifisial Informasi ("Anoman", "we", "us"). By accessing the API or dashboard, you agree to these terms.

By creating an account or using the Anoman API, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. API keys must not be shared or embedded in public source code. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may use Anoman to route LLM requests for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Generate content that violates applicable law or our content policy
• Attempt to circumvent guardrails or inject malicious prompts
• Resell or sublicense API access without written permission
• Use the service to train AI models without explicit consent
• Conduct automated scraping beyond your subscribed rate limits

Current subscription tiers:

• Starter — $12/mo · 500K weighted tokens · 30 RPM
• Pro — $39/mo · 20M weighted tokens · 120 RPM
• Pay-As-You-Go — $9/mo platform fee + provider cost · 60 RPM
• Enterprise — $499+/mo · custom · 30,000 RPM

Payments are processed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Token pricing is pass-through at provider cost (0% markup on tokens).

Anoman targets 99.9% monthly uptime for the API gateway. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via the status page. Downtime credits are available for Enterprise customers when SLA is not met.

Batch routing jobs are delivered within the SLA window: Pro 15 min, Enterprise real-time only. If a batch job approaches the SLA window, it is automatically promoted to real-time routing at no extra charge.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. We may suspend accounts immediately for material policy violations (e.g., attempted guardrail bypass, illegal content generation). Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then deleted per our retention policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anoman's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
