Ask AI about your documents, confidentially
Upload a file into a conversation and ask questions about it, in Anoman Copilot or through the API. Each document is encrypted, visible only to you in that conversation, and deleted after 24 hours.
How it works
From upload to answer
Upload: a PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or CSV file, up to 20 MB
Scan: the text is extracted and checked for prompt injection
Store: encrypted (AES), tied to you and this conversation, for up to 24 hours
Ask: chat with the document attached; the call runs through the usual guardrails
Delete: remove it any time and it is purged immediately
Built for confidential files
Private by default
Encrypted at rest
Documents are stored encrypted with AES. If encryption is not configured, uploads are refused rather than stored in plain text.
One person, one conversation
A document belongs to the user and the conversation it was uploaded in. Other members of your organisation cannot open it.
Short-lived
Documents expire after 24 hours. Delete one sooner and it is purged straight away.
Scanned for injection
Uploaded text is checked for prompt injection before a model sees it. A file that carries an injection is rejected.
Admin control
Organisation admins can turn document chat on or off for each member group.
Sensitivity cap
Uploads are limited to the "internal" sensitivity level for now.
